From the top of hill of Aspetuct Avenue in New Milford CT, to shore of Candlewood Lake, this wedding day was filled with excitement, laughter, and tears of joy.
The best things are the simpliest things. Getting ready, a flower girl watches the bride, perhaps wondering about her own wedding day. The ceremony was held outdoors the Roger Sherman Inn with the reception to follow indoors. This is the perfect charming location with a lot of character, not forgetting to mention their excellent catering.
Selected wedding photographs will be published in theknot.com online and in their printed magazine. The photographs to be featured are from Tammy and Phil’s wedding that I photographed at The Waterview in Monroe, CT. They be featured in the CT section of theknot.com in an upcoming story called Real Weddings. My highlights of their wedding are below.
My work will also be featured in their printed magazine, THE KNOT Weddings, which will be on the shelves in the Summer of 2007. They have selected this image from Lia and Mauricio’s wedding that I photographed at the Garrison Golf Club in The Garrison, NY. My work is also on display at the Garrison in an album featuring three separate wedding events that I photographed at the Garrison.
It was a day filled with perfect moments! The beautiful wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club. The bride and groom visited Harbor Island Park in Mamaroneck, a very special location for the bride whose Grandfather began “Charlie’s Garden” there.
The newly weds are seen here walking down the pier to their after party which took place on a yacht.
The weekend began with a rehearsal dinner at the Harvest-on-Hudson located on the Hudson River in Hastings-on-Hudson New York. A magnificant Sunday brunch followed the wedding night at Hyatt Regency Greenwich.
