After getting to know these two during our engagement session, they were at ease infront of the camera for their wedding day. We went to the beautiful Manhattanville College’s Castle in Purchase NY for formal portraits. An elegant reception was held at The Fountainhead, in New Rochelle, NY.
The engagement shoot.
The wedding day.
On Thursday, July 13, 2006, I helped photograph a fundraiser at Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor New York for the Safe at Home® Foundation. The Foundation was established by Joe Torre in memory of his mother in 2002 to raise money for domestic violence. The goal of the foundation is to educate youth about domestic violence, hoping that by starting young we can break the cycle and save lives.
Other work for the organization includes working with Ferris Photography to document the Foundation’s Annual Gala.
The Travelers Rest has a lush garden and waterfall which provided a scenic landscape for this special occassion. I felt like part of the family having photographed the bride’s twin sister last year, who you may see on my main website.
This beautiful country wedding took place around the Candlewood Lake area with the reception held at the rustic and charming Cobb’s Mill Inn. Congratulations!
